The apex body of the Society is called a General Body that comprises all
its members. General Body Meeting helds every year in the month
of Ashwin (September- October). The
General Body Meeting elects a Management Committee comprising
President, Vice President, General Secretary, and four Members
for running the Society's affairs for a term of three years by secret
ballots. An Election Committee, constituted for the purpose, conducts the
election for this committee.
